Strong troubleshooting skills required to diagnose and correct electrical problems of heavy manufacturing machinery. Specifically: Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment utilizing 480vac, VFD, and PLC (Mitsubishi preferred).

HELP DESK LEVEL 2 ENGINEER
We are seeking a qualified candidate to provide expert desktop support, intermediate systems administration, and intermediate to advanced systems engineering support with a focus on: user satisfaction, service delivery quality, and technical excellence. Must be able to provide remote support for Level 2 issues (desktop, server and infrastructure support) and demonstrate strong customer service skills to provide phone support to solve users problems in a quick, friendly, and efficient way. We prefer candidate to have 5+ years of total experience in IT support, BA, BS or similar degree in computers/electronics or relevant experience; and 3+ years of experience with administering the most current versions of the Windows Server and Desktop family operating system, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server/Office365.
HELP DESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN LEVEL 1
Seeking junior level IT professional with 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting basic networking and hardware issues; installing various applications, imaging and deploying laptops, desktops and virtual machines; supporting password resets, toner and basic printer/scanner maintenance and installation.
Required: CompTIA A+ Certification, (N+ S+, a plus).
